In April 2022, Norye organized a symposium for employees who have worked in each factory for 1 year and who will join from January to April. The employee representatives gave reasonable and reasonable answers, and determined the responsible person and implementation time. For all the opinions and suggestions collected in the previous period, the company will try its best to solve it after the symposium, and will not let the employees' voices sink in the sea.
