Before this competition, the first phase of welding skills improvement training in 2022 was organized on April 23 and May 7, respectively. A total of 30 welders from various factories of Norye Department participated in this professional skills training. The training invited Norye welding professional lecturers to conduct two parts, the theory and the on-site practical operation, and everyone gained a lot.
