        Looking back on 2022, due to the impact of the epidemic and disputes in the external environment, the economy will decline rapidly in 2022. The relatively sluggish global economy and sluggish consumption have had an impact on the normal operation of Norye. However, under the accurate forecast of the environment, active response, and the support of customers and the cooperation of suppliers, Norye will still maintain a good development trend in 2022.



        There are also many problems in the development process of Norye, which have caused adverse effects on customers, suppliers and related parties at all levels. To this end, Norye expresses its sincere gratitude to the affected customers and related parties for their understanding and tolerance, and expresses its high respect to people from all walks of life who care about and support Norye.

Norye people are brave, responsible, and take the initiative to change, and put forward two core strategies of "transformation and upgrading and management standardization". In 2022, three major breakthroughs will be made around the core strategy:

1. Fully implement management standardization and establish "fourteen standardized management models" with Norye's characteristics;

2. Project and product development are fully upgraded, and a new project- and product-oriented model is realized;

3. Successfully introduced major customers who are benchmarks in the sanitary ware industry at home and abroad, and realized customer transformation and upgrading.

Looking forward to 2023, opportunities and challenges coexist, and hopes and difficulties coexist. In the post-epidemic period, the tasks ahead of us are still very difficult, but Norye has been fully prepared to meet new challenges. In the new year, on the basis of 2022, we will carry out management improvement in an all-round way around the three cores of "quality improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency increase" and transform it into an improvement in operating results, enhance the "system immunity" of Norye, and join hands with the supply chain System joint defense and joint control, providing solid backing support for customers! Ensure that the upstream and downstream of Norye form a common front of interests that can be attacked from the top and defended from the bottom.

The road is difficult, and it will come soon, but it will be far away if it doesn't work. Although there are many uncertainties, we have devoted ourselves to the new year's work with fuller enthusiasm, higher fighting spirit and more pragmatic style.
