On April 13th, a grand project acquisition and signing ceremony was held at the headquarters of Nuoyi Industry, completing the overall acquisition and signing of the "Youjia Mingchuang" smart towel dryer brand. The Youjia Mingchuang intelligent towel dryer has a good product influence and reputation in the industry, which is highly compatible with the development strategy and technology research and development direction of Nuoyi Industry; This acquisition project involves the following aspects:
1. 10 patents, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights for the product.
2. Transfer of cooperation with hundreds of outstanding customers in the electrical, bathroom, and smart home industries, including Midea, Haier, Jiumu, Huawei Terminal, Rielte, Buddis, Hangba, and Haofu.
3. The handover and transfer of entities in the complete supply chain.
4. Handover of laboratory testing equipment and facilities.
5. Enrollment of product development and technical personnel in the establishment of Nuoyi Industry.

The Youjia Intelligent Towel Drying Machine project was established in 2020 and is currently the only towel drying machine product authorized by the Huawei HiHlink system. It has been integrated into the Huawei Smart Life app store. The intelligent hair dryer developed by Youjia has multiple intelligent functions such as drying, sterilization, mite removal, negative ions, and human body sensing. Multiple sterilization methods such as UV, negative ions, and plasma are available. The constant temperature air supply drying is close to natural sun drying. It has dual temperature control technology, ensuring safe and reliable operation for children. The product process setting reserves advanced intelligent home function modules to meet the OEM/ODM product needs of different sales brands and channels.
